$minute (Get Minute)
$minute returns the minute part of a date (0 to 59) — common for minute-granularity traffic stats, monitoring metrics, or window labels. It returns an integer without zero padding. timezone can shift which minute a timestamp belongs to: zones with minute offsets (e.g. UTC+5:45) produce different values, so always set it explicitly. Combine with $hour and $second to rebuild full times.

- Zones with minute offsets (e.g. UTC+5:45) change the minute value after conversion
