ANo. `...` is the valid `Ellipsis` literal. Used alone it refers to the `Ellipsis` object; `print(...)` prints `Ellipsis`.
QWhat is `...` useful for?
AThree common uses: in type annotations to mean «arguments of any length», e.g. `Callable[..., int]`; in NumPy slicing to mean «select everything along this dimension», e.g. `arr[..., 0]` takes the last dimension; and as a placeholder.
